Hyden Beach Academy offers year round training, coaching, and support for girls and boys, ages 11-18. The expert coaching staff will care for and improve upon many aspects of the player’s skills and development on and off the sand.  All the while both players and parents can enjoy the outdoors, relaxing atmosphere, and flexibility of training.  Whether you’re looking to have fun, skills and drills, or training with the goal of a college scholarship, Hyden Beach Academy has got you covered! Contact us to schedule your FREE first time practice!

JUNIORS

Dynamic and developmental training designed for players beginning their journey to national competition, have the desire to learn and compete, or multi-sport athletes. This program is designed for players who already have a basic foundation of volleyball skills and are interested in learning more about the game of beach volleyball! Players typically begin training in this program at 11-16 years of age who have at least one-to-two years of indoor volleyball experience.

2026 Schedule

  • All Year (2026) – Afternoon practices Monday through Thursday 4:30-6:15pm. Some pop-up Saturday morning practices available.

JUNIOR ELITE

Specialized training designed for ambitious players to enhance their skills and become competent in game strategy.  The goal of this program is to help parents and players receive the training, education, and recruitment support they need to receive college scholarships.  Since 2019, Hyden Beach Academy is proud to have graduated 26 players who received college scholarships. This program is by invitation only. 

School Year – Training Monday through Thursday from 4:30-6:15pm. This group trains year-round. 

Summer – Training Monday through Thursday the mornings, typically 8:00-9:45am. 

Access to our  current monthly calendar with exact dates and times will be provided. Schedule is subject to change.

BOYS

Developmental training designed for male players who want to learn more about the beach game, have the desire to compete in beach tournaments, or for those who want to elevate their indoor game. This program is designed for players who already have a foundation of volleyball skills and are interested in learning more about the game of beach volleyball! Players in this group are 11-18 years of age with at least one year of indoor volleyball experience.

2026 Schedule:

April 13th – July 31st 2026 – Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm. *Wednesday evenings are an ‘Elite’ practice night. Players 13-18yrs of age are welcome to join this higher level practice. Younger players are invitation only.
